*Non stretchy corduroy cotton fabric

*These pants are marked as a size W31 L36, but would fit a size 27 waist better. Be sure to check the measurements.
*Good vintage condition. No tears, holes or rips but there is a faded stain on the back lower thigh. (see pictures)
